Specially being in caldari fw. I can now consistently make make over 5b a week in fw, mind you this is with casual gaming 1-2 hours a day.

If you are after isk then fw is the best choice. It is not secret, fw is the best isk faucet at the moment Big smile

I often get the impression that the people making money off Caldari FW today are the exact same people making money off Minmatar FW before... I wonder what next month's flavor will be?

So basically you've got, like, maybe 5-10% of FW people actually playing FW and the remainder are LP leechers who just bot-plex for the already winning side for ISK.

Which means that the actual FW players are just wasting their time, because the real FW game is being ruled by unstoppable hordes of fickle mercenaries that are only in it for the free ISK and who's loyalties are non-existent.

None of which surprises anyone. The only question is: Did CCP honestly believe that this is not exactly what would end up happening?

You cannot bait the EvE playerbase into doing anything that they don't want to, and what they obviously want is to make lots of ISK with zero risk. In hisec we call it, well, hisec. In nullsec we call it "blue donut" and in FW well call them plexers. I think the only people still taking any risks in this game are the losec pirates and the WH dwellers: The former because they actually enjoy doing something other than watching the number on their wallet move upwards, and the latter because the ISK is just too insanely high to pass up.

I don't do FW, but I think it's good. Makes the hi sec people risk low sec. So, they honestly deserve the rewards for being our chew toys.

well. truth be told thanks to FW i got lots of solo kills and lots of ISK lately.
And i've seen people who makes LOTS of ISK killing farmers (for example: Endeva) Shocked

You even don't need to visit low-sec to make money out of FW. Thanks to CalMil!

The only ISK faucet in FW is the mission ISK reward, which is comparable with other mission ISK rewards.

I think you meant to say 'FW is the best way to generate ISK sinking fiat currency that may be exchanged for items of appreciable ISK worth (under prevailing market conditions)'. Faction warfare injects a negligible amount of ISK into the market, if any, after the costs of LP to item exchange have been taken into account.

Your 5,000,000,000 ISK came from other people's wallets.

Bull.

Your math does not add up.

Caldari militia has been at Tier 1 almost all of last week, but just for fun - let's assume tier 2 payouts. That's 30000 LP for capturing a LARGE plex, which you are doubtfully doing (as there is no acceleration gate and you will be stomped on without a decent fleet). So, 20 mins to capture a large PLEX in a perfect world - that's three plexes a hour for 90,000 LP. You do this for 2 hours a day, so let's call that 180,000 LP. (this does not even count time between plexes, and assumes you can find a virgin large plex in every single system you visit and are never chased out or having to share your LP with friendly forces - in reality if you could manage a single large PLEX a hour you would be doing pretty good)

180,000LP = at best, a return of about 250million after buidling factional ships from the LP store and selling them off. 250mil x 7 days a week = 1.75 billion.

My point being, you are not making 5billion a week by casually doing FW 1-2 hours a day.

Pics / Wallet API or it never happened.
