I was wondering whether the technology / cameras that CCP use to record and display info on the alliance tournament is available to pilots to film say.. corporation / alliance tournaments. Would create some nice videos and content from our player created content.

I remember an alliance at somepoint was able to use the cameras so i was wondering whether they needed permission etc..
