I'm lоoking for а solid Ishtar toon. I'm looking to go no higher than ~15b.

HAC - 5
Ѕentry / Heаvy - 5
Armor Rep - 5
Hull Upgrades - 5
Drone Support skills - 5
Solid Armor and Shield skills
Solid General support skills

This is going to be an Anom / plex / Ratting toon.

I'm willing to do some training but those are the basics. Thanny skills would be nice just to be able to move him around.
