T2 Missile penalty change

Now, I know not to take this as gospel truth, but I was looking through some of these changes for the sake of interest and came across some change to the missile stats.

Am I reading this correctly? Are T2 missiles losing their drawback penalties?
Will Fury/Rage no long bloom your sig radius?
Will Precision/Javelin no long gimp your speed?

    That's how I'm reading it as well. And thank you for the link, I'd been looking for more info on the "Missiles got minor tweaks" blurb.

    So, according to patch notes, missiles are keeping their drawback penalties...

    Unless this topic is in "General Discussion", it will get no response from devs... they obviously think missiles don't need any changes.

    Actually those "small" drawbacks aren't that important, better see missiles improved and keep those drawbacks than let them has they are now.

    Cruise missiles need improvements, Heavy assault missiles need improvements, Torps need improvements, defenders need improvements (rockets?)

    5% Sign bloom isn't that important, small speed reduction isn't that important neither but not be able to properly use Ham's or Cruise because HM's are "all in one" this gets me tired, also torps/cruise/ham's need more dmg and smaller base expl radius, higher base speed impact/speed for ham's cruise and torps.

    Just an opinion, I'm not really bored at all because of the small sign bloom penalty and actually, T1's or Faction HM's are awesome against small targets, better than precision imho.

    5 % per launcher - with 6-7 launchers drawback is SERIOUS :)

    You do realize that those penalties are additive per launcher loaded with the corresponding T2 missile type correct? The speed penalty for precisions is crippling.
