Well, why not?
The idea is very simple. Defaults can be like: all squadcoms, wingcoms and fleetcom can create temporary bookmarks for their fleet. The rights to create temporary fleet bookmarks can be adjusted by the FC in the settings menu.
When there is no one left in the fleet the bm-s just get automatically deleted.

Purpose: bookmarks for people who fly in mixed fleets.

also, is there a reason we cant link bookmarks in chat? pretty much like sending co-ordinates like they do in every sci fi movie ever.

I'm pretty sure both of these ideas are good +1 in my book
