Hours For PLEX Not Working

The option: Hours For PLEX is not given in the Account Management screen or anywhere else?

I have never abused the feature so I can not understand why it is not showing. I use it every month for the past 8 months.

It has been more then 24 hours via petition and still no reply....

Anyone have any ideas ?

The HOURS FOR PLEX not working or found in my account management for more then 3 days.

I made a support ticket asking for the feature to be reactivated and why was it removed. Below is the only reply I got.

So WTF happened? I never abused the feature, so why was it disabled? Why is it that CCP sends me such a harsh reply?

CCP reply:

Hello,

We have activated the Hours for Plex option on your account once more. Please note, that if this option is used, but PLEX is not used during the 4 given hours - the option will be disabled. Please do note that resetting of the "Hours for PLEX" is done out of good faith and abuse of this system may result in the removal of this option. It is a requirement to inject the PLEX and not use the game time for any purpose other than this.

Using the time for a Buddy Reward, to set skills, to select gifts, to transfer assets or ISK off the account is considered using this option incorrectly and abuse. We cannot guarantee resetting this option again in the future, should it be disabled for some reason. Let us know if you have any problems.
