Don't trust this guy. He's a miner ganker/bumper/scammer and will most likely hinder your work at HZ.

Still got my support Aaron. o7

Thanks for the advice, the fun part is that there is absolutely nothing you can do to protect yourself against people who want to infiltrate and shoot you at unguarded moments, however unlike hisec we tend to be set for PvP and if not we avoid, and we should not forget that quite a few of us have done PvP and have high skills though its not the full story by any means. But if he was to come here for PvP we would find it refreshing rather than the AFK cloaky BLOPS stuff that we currently only see.

Our strategy is not to really fly expensive stuff and be ready to react to threats, so if they do catch something its nothing important, obviously a big target would be that JF, however like anything there are plenty of ways to minimize risk.

Thanks for your support, and all the best.

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

I just read your blog, nice blog by the way, its a growing number and quite good, we are certainly developing nicely. Is that a friendly visit? Big smile

JF not quite there yet, but almost there thanks to one of our members getting a juicy officer spawn and myself and another helping him, so he made a very nice donation. In terms of runs, I can assure you that they will be irregular, Big smile

It would be a friendly visit, and I'm not really asking for any real trust. In principle, I support what you guys are doing, and since I only know about it through this forum thread, I'd like to see for myself what the situation is on the ground. I'm also toying with a few ideas for new business ventures and I want to scout out whether it would be worthwhile to set something up in Stain. The details are still very shaky.

In any case, I'll probably turn up at some point. I won't be offended if you shoot at me, but I don't have any hostile intentions.

I will take that as being friendly then, and in any case there are pirate types here and out and out PvP'rs, as well as those that tend to shoot only when shot at, we have accepted a couple of people who may not be what they claim to be, so you still have to be careful. I suggest you join the "Hub-Zero" channel and say hi, I can set you +5 from the off and you can have a good look around. Hope to see you soon.

EDIT: Actually why not detail numbers, we now have 18 corps and 7 individuals that are part of Hub Zero which comes to over 220 characters.

EDIT 2: And potentially three infiltrators Big smileTwistedRoll

This is great news and I am very happy all of these people have managed to come together and make a difference. It is important that we keep this momentum and grow at a fast rate. Drac you have really done a great job in organising the standings and making it very clear for all to understand.

If you are down here and active please to sign up to our forum as soon as possible as it will be crucial in keeping things running smoothly. It is a useful tool that will aid us in discussing PVP matters, trading and planning.

I have the feeling that there is lots we can do with the entire constellation and I am keen to start discussions.

Anslo, thanks very much. It would be great to see you doing some operations down here, with pilots like you on-board how can we possibly fail.

In terms of roams, I said that very few people roam here and if they do they tend to get picked off either on the way to us or on the way back. Three times we have seen Happy Cartel small gangs come into our area and twice they got taken out on the way back by some of the locals, in the WEQT-K system or thereabouts. Go and check the Happy Cartel killboard, this is not a dig at Happy Cartel, who I think do very well against people I see as our enemies, it is just to explain the reality of our location. This area is remote and at the end of a long pipe, it was chosen by Aaron to be a pain to get too for attackers and this seriously impacts any potential attackers, especially as we now have quite good intel on movements.

The only issue we have is a single Arazu camping one system, however we have him camped too by one of our members so he is logging in less and less now, which is amusing.

If you want to operate in 0.0 and not be part of a rental or traditional sov operation then drop us a line in the Hub-Zero channel.

Thanks for the heads up.

How are you guys holding up? Do you think Stainwagon are coming back to Stain?

I feel Stainwagon are spreading themselves thin and if they are going to occupy Stain they may only be able to commit a smaller number.

Stainwagon do have my respect and they have stood the test of time, It is a good idea for smaller groups within Stain to call a ceasefire and have a look at teaming up to defend against Stainwagon if they should attack. Groups like Hub Zero and Happy Cartel will have some difficulty against such a determined opponent.

Nah, its only really a couple of C0ven corps that want to come back to Stain and live here on a more permanent basis.
When/if they come, all they will do is clear out various POSes and strut about for a bit. It's -very- hard to evict people from NPC space unless you actually live there. They will concentrate on the T8 pocket up north where they usually have a presence, but other than that I doubt they'll accomplish a lot. We dunked a c0ven gang pretty hard last night and today we made their sleipnir gang run to NRT4 where they evaced their ships with carriers and then fled the pocket in nano ceptors.

Trolol, C0ven has a really bad day today here in Stain.
They were reinforcing a tower in DABV with 20 dreads and a really crappy sub cap fleet for protection.
Some friends had invited NC. to get some easy dread kills.

http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=22140136

Lesson: Dont deploy lots of dreads with crap sub cap support when NC. is really bored and want some of their own back.

Earlier in this thread I was criticized for planning and gathering intel more than actually doing something. Ciumcium Siorpija's post shows exactly why.

As much as i respect C0ven I feel that they failed to gather intel here and they didn't plan for the possibility of their opponents attacking with better logistics. If you are risking 45b in ships then real time intel is essential. It would have been an idea to send out a group of pilots into Stain and find out NC's staging point. Once this is achieved its a case of watching to see if NC starts to deploy while the POS bash is in progress, if NC was seen to be mobilizing then its a question of getting safe.

Other methods include getting the names of the NC pilots deployed in Stain then looking through their killboards with a fine toothed comb, look for what ships they fly and make a note . The contacts system is a useful tool because you can group contacts under a label. So you could have NC's logistics fleet under one label and quickly see how many of them are online. Use this intel to determine if its safe to do a POS bash.

I learnt these skills from Dracvlad who a brilliant mind and it really is an honour to work with him, If he was working with one of these big alliances then I am sure they would be doing very well thanks to his input. We also have other guys here like Herzog and Infinity and quite frankly I think we have a great set of guys that can show us how to achieve this. It is our job to respect their ideas and strategies and do our best to implement them. This really is a great group of guys, I see them as Eve Celebrities Big smile

Damn this is so cool. Cool

March has been a difficult month in terms of being able to get on and will get worse over the next two weeks for me due to RL commitments, while Aaron is moving house so has a delay in getting his internet up and running in his new location.

We continued to grow our blue list, furthermore the anti-Aaron coalition of losers from UF-KKH decided to pay us a visit, I logged on to find them in 6Y so setup to kill them to find them jumping out, such is life... So Infinity decided to make it clear that there would be an impact and went to UF-KKH and camped it, bubbling their station great screen dump that and bombing their gate camps killing Dreldor in the process. Because they could not do their risk adverse bubble camping they went to hisec and did some hisec ganking LolRoll They then sent someone to camp us who filled up local with spam, suggesting that I needed to contact his directors, as if camping one system that is normally camped, or camping 6Y bothers us in the slightest, after a couple of days of this he disappeared.

Anyway, still moving on, the only issue is the disbanding of -DD-, it depends where they end up...

Hey Everyone,

This is Aaron logging on as an alt. I have moved into my new place and I will be back playing Eve on Thursday.

I am looking forward to getting back into Hub Zero and it looks as if we have had a small victory with infinity deciding to take on the anti-Aaron coalition and forcing them back to high sec. Very well done there Infinity I am very impressed with this and it is an honor to be working with you on Hub Zero.

DD is disbanding!!!???

If they go their separate ways then it is a good thing for Hub Zero. We will have a few ex StainEmpire/DD corps and pilots in Stain because they are as much devoted to Stain as I am. It is also possible that they are going to create another alliance that will police Stain and own Esoteria/Paragon soul, we will have to see.

Chat soon o/
