So every Chinese player I talked to in the past month suggested that Sisters of EVE have a much higher payout than any other faction for missions. Is this true? Some guy told me 80-100m/hour for level 4 missions...

Sisters is one of the highest yes, but its not the only one. It is one of the most accessible though.

Pure min/maxing quite possibly.

Blitzing everything purely based on lp payouts.(1000-2000 isk/lp)

Some weeks ago I got 25.000 to 35.000 LP per hour from an SoE agent in a 0.5 system.
At that time the LP was worth ~3000 ISK/lp.

So I got 75 to 105 mil/h from the LP alone.

The LP worth has droped to about 2200 ISK/lp now. You can calculate the rest yourself.

There are other agents that have similar ISK/lp ratio or sometimes more. The nice thing about SoE is you don't need to buy tags and the items sellable :)

Nope, its not true, because people like you keep blabbing about it so ******* much that there are now roughly 150 people at every single mission hub every day, 7 days a week. What used to be a great source of ISK has been ruined by people going "HEY EVERYONE, COME OVER HERE, FLOOD THE MARKET, AND DRIVE PRICES DOWN TO NOTHING! GOOD IDEA!"

It's so overcrowded now that there's no point. Maybe ya'll could shut your damn holes for 2 seconds and then, I dunno, in 6 months it might thin out a bit. Hopefully. Until then, for God's sake DON'T TELL PEOPLE ABOUT A FINITE RESOURCE, you'd think that'd be OBVIOUS, but no, here we are! Every extra person who goes to the SOE hubs just fucks things up even more by flooding the market and driving buy orders down because the guys putting up the buy orders know that due to the level of traffic people will fill those orders anyways.

You might as well just mine asteroids now. Each time I undock, I do so through a cloud of Golems, Tengu's, Vargurs, et cetera. Once again, thanks for ruining this by being stupid and telling everyone.

I agree that it's rocket science to figure out that SOE LP is worth some nice iskies, especially after CCP announced and introduced BRANDNEW and shiny SoE Ships.

It's unlikely that SoE LP will get back to anything like it's post-Stratios value. It was artificially hiked because of the stupid amount of LP CCP decided the Nestor was going to cost in Empire.

What you're seeing now is a gradual settling into a more stable and realistic exchange rate.

Basically the initial announcement before any of the SOE ships were released you were looking at 1000-1500 isk/lp.

After the Announcement of the first ships it bumped up to 2000-2500 isk/lp

Basically the Nestor tanked it because it costs to damn much.

Long story short SOE missions have always been good. CCP made them better for a little while.

Yeah, SOE LP have always been worth crap. Don't run missions for SOE, you're just wasting your time. A bunch of null-bears just don't like paying a decent rate for Sisters scanning gear so they want all the pubbies to swarm the SOE LP store and bring the price of scanning gear down.

Incidentally, the Amarr "Ministry of Assessment" LP store is quite valuable at the moment, mostly because nobody runs missions for them. Just a hint when using that LP store site: skip the high-value single-unit-sales items, they're misleading.

I'd suggest that EVE markets tend to react on news of a patch, and price in most of the new price of any changes, in this case Rubicon 1.3 rogue drone nexus chip hand ins for sisters ships, which are supposed to drop as often as gila and rattlesnake bpcs.

For reference as a nullbear farmer I get 2-3 a month of those.

sorry but this has nithing to do with ppl like him.

just an iq>2 would tell one player that it was a good deal to run SOE for LP thx to the 3 new ships CCP introduced lately, no need to be einstein to see it, just follow the game evolution.

if one thing, ppl waiting for the info to actually run them won't make things worse, because ppl are already running thoses like crazy by then..... they are just late on the thing

i would assume the drop rate is similar for all pirate bpcs, and in low i do more than 2-3 pirate cruiser BPC / month (no bs in low)

I can achieve this with one account in hisec, and I am missing level 5 social skills and I'm also terrible at running missions quickly. I do have most relevant ship skills maxed however.

That would be because the ded 5 and ded 6 (some races) are faster to clear than the ded 7 and ded 8, and because its far, far, far faster to pop a ded 5 escalation than it is to pop any escalation in null. I think the one month I particularly tried, I got 4 vigilants.

For reference, ISK/hr is calculated as ("salvage points" x 450,000ISK + Reward ISK + Bonus ISK + Bounties) / hours-from-acceptance-to-handin.

These missions were run from Lanngisi. As you can see the highest ISK/hr is from "Cargo Delivery". Maximising ISK/hr is as much about reducing the "hr" as it is about increasing the "ISK". Check the ISK/hr and LP/hr for Recon (1 of 3) in the fourth-last line Lol

Also factor in that the more people that blitz a said mission lowers the LP payouts. Recon oart 1 has taken a pretty big hit lately.
