Anyone else have garbled email sent from Eve Gate?

So it appears that most of my mail (really, all of it) sent from Eve Gate has punctuation that somehow multiplies by the time its received in client -

so that

"I'm not worried about others"

comes out as

"I & # 3 9 ; m not worried about others" (without spaces - apparently this is HTML code.)

This is incredibly annoying, and especially so if someone wants to publish or forward something that is sent via email, and has to go through and correct all the garbled punctuation.

Is this a known bug that is being worked on, CCP? I'd love to see this go away.....Eve Gate is so limited its a shame that even basic email service is so problematic.

Apologies if there's already a thread on this matter....

Hahahaha. Yeah, I figured this is a common occurance. I'm just wondering whether its on the Dev's radar and is looking at a fix soon...

I got one that said "Выиграйте бесплатный iPod сегодня. Контакт Mittani." I even held it up to a mirror and could not make sense of it.

Happens all time to me, is interesting bug, please squash.

I usally write one of these and then change it a month later when I reread it and decide it sounds stupid.

It's not really something they can squash -- occasionally, a message board chokes and spits out HTML instead of punctuation.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

Point is, its not occasionally. It's literally happening to every mail that I send from EveGate, the punctuation is showing up as HTML when its read on tranquility.

Also if formatting text when sending eve-mail from eve gate the formatted parts sometimes just dissappear from the mail when sent.

It's a result of converting the in game mail XML format into HTML. Its a pretty common error in conversion and what you see in Eve Gate mails are the HTML display of the XML escape coding.

It's not an "occasional" error - it's absolutely repeating and yes, it needs to be squashed. Easier said than done however.

Kinda makes sense. I don't really know anything about HTML though, or any other programming for that matter. I'm just hoping a Dev has seen this and can let us know if they're working on it or not....
