Hi all I am a returning player that has gotten back into EVE Finance/Mining, where as before I did PVP. I am looking to raise 500 Million to help me in my Empire Trading business. As this is my first Loan request I want to keep it small to build my credit for future endeavors.

Amount: 500 Million
Term: 2 Months
Interest: 6.5% Monthly
Collateral: 50 Million ISK worth of unrefined ORE. Transferred to you however you wish. (Except 0.0)
Notes: Looking for investors for larger projects down the line and who will provide a reference for me.

Please let me know if you have questions.

I doubt anyone will make a 500 million ISK loan and hold 50 million ISK in collateral. Collateral is usually slightly more valuable than the loan amount to hedge against a default.

You made a thread in the recruitment board looking for a new corp as a returning player. You said " I also have serious ISK reserves and can loan money to team members in need.". May i ask what happened between being able to lend to others and needing a loan yourself?

I still have those, but I am merely trying to build credit. Eventually I will be looking to raise 20BN for trading. But I am not a complete idiot and going to ask for such an amount without a Credit History.

Why not buy something worth 500m, and then put that in as collateral?

Because he wants credit for only partly collateralized loans for some reason Roll
