PLEASE Help!!!! going crazy trying to get google docs to read copy pasted materials. it is coming out in a format that shows tritanium 5 978 and i need google not argue with me and say its not a number ...google needs it to read tritanium 5,978 ...any idea how to make it work so google ignores the Space between numbers?

Shocked

As I slipped my finger slowly inside her hole, I could immediately feel it getting wetter and wetter.

I took my finger back out and within seconds she was going down on me.

"I really need a new boat," I thought to myself.

copy and paste from Eve? What's your location settings in your OS (I /think/ that affects the output).

While this may not be what you want to hear, one solution is to use something like notepad++ as an intermediary.

If you do, try doing a search and replace of
(\d) (\d)
with
\1\2

in regular expression mode. that should remove any spaces which are surrounded with numbers (tabs don't count as spaces)

I'll have a peek at it when I'm back at an eve client.

As an aside, is the character between tritanium and the 5 a tab or a space?

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13710638/solved-google-spreadsheet-not-calculating-numbers-with-space may also be of interest, if it's coming through properly cell wise, just being treated as text.

i have been trying to remove the spaces, useing a simple subsution formula "=Substitute(B11," ","")"
however it will not reconise the spaces from the copy and paste, only should i remove the space and replace it back will the substitute work :/

It might not be a space character that you copy across. Have you tried to copy the data to notepad first and then copy it to your spreadsheet?
