Is it possible

I have ATT Uverse. Is it possible that Uverse ( or any other ISP's) is throttling the transport of the patch? Is the patch http or torrent? This is the second time this week a patch is taken forever. First time the patch was 60 MB, today is 11MB. Its taking hours to download. There is nothing wrong with playing any game or surffing the net. I pay for the second highest plan for UVerse.

So unless CPP says its a problem on their end, I have to wonder why these patches are taking so long.

It's not your ISP.

My friend formated and the download of the client with the installer is limited to 100k/s...

He tried to use offline installer, same, +-100k/s

He is in Canada, i'm in Mexico so I tried to download it to too... 100k/s

-Solution for patching-
- Go in the EVE folder, run repair.exe... Full speed!

-Solution for installing-
- Ask a friend to send you start.ini, common.ini and repair.exe. Dump all of that where you want, run repair.exe... and You will have EVE installed in about 1-2 hours...
