Thanks a lot for the help everyone! I'm really liking this community so far.

I'm doing the sisters quest line now before I head further into mining. Like everyone here suggested the combat practice is definitely a bonus to have right now. I'm starting with some frigates (Incursus on one char, Rifter on the other) and I think I'm getting some decent defence upgrades for them.

I'm not sure what the next step will be for PVE. Should I go battle ship or cruiser from frigate? Or am I getting way too ahead of myself?

I appreciate the feedback about industry. I didn't really know what to expect from it. Doesn't sound like my thing, at least not this early on.

Interesting. I keep reading new stuff about how someone lost everything every few days. The amount of mistakes I can make in this game concerns me.
