Buff to drone space

1st: Tried to seach but didnt find any other relevant post :)

Suggestion:
Adding deadspace webifiers and target painters to droine regions.

Bouth of these modules lack deadspace variants.
Webs could use longer range, up to 19km with 50% base web strenght.
Target painters could use more strenghts, up to maybe 40% base.



Try to keep it on to keep it on topic, civil and all that stuff...
