[Rubicon 1.2] BUG: Adding system to avoidance list broken

Pretty much said it all in the title.

Add a system to the avoidance list, then calculate a route - regardless of that system being in the list or not, the auto caculated route will take you right through it.

I can't believe you guys did not catch this before doing whatever you did to the map.
