WTB bulk of ships - frequent intervals

Hi,

I am looking for a person or corp able to build bulks of different ships types.
I will place orders 1-2 weeks ahead of delivery time with some flexibility both ways.

Must be able to:

- Build / Deliver bulks of ships in quantities ranging from 20 - 60
- T2 frigs, T2 & Tier 3 cruisers, BS all races
- Discount for bulk order using Jita prices at the time of placing the order

Prefered:

-Able to build & deliver T3 hulls & subsystems
- Delivery of order 4-6 jumps from Amarr

How often do you need these orders filled
