Sell Orders

Did you just get podded and lose your implants as well as your ship, do you just want to upgrade your guns and modules or do you just want a bit of extra isk to get you over the line on a big purchase? I have the solution for you! I'm offering small, short term secured loans of up to 300million isk!


How it works:

Lets say you're a relatively new player, and finally have the skills you need to upgrade to a battle ship. You've got 140million in your wallet but that's only going to get you the hull, as well as leave you short of cash. you earn good isk running incursions with your corp and you have a couple of old Battle Cruisers laying around . You work out that they're worth about 150million, more than enough to fit out your new ship but your corp has moved around a lot and while you're flying one of them the other one is 20 jumps away, what do you do? You pawn them, That's What!

If you're ships are worth 150million I will happily lend up to 80% of that amount! Whether it be one ship, two ships or a small fleet of ships, even if they're scattered across the cluster! I don’t only accept ships, if you have a pile of minerals or ore laying about I'll accept it as security, if you have a cargo container full of ammo I'll accept it as security, hell, if you have an Iteron full of exotic dancers and couple of large crates of tobacco & spirits ill accept it as security!!! You talk to me and we work out how much you wish to borrow, how it will be repaid and what interest you will owe. You then contract me your ships for the loan amount (if they're in more than one location we do individual contracts per item and divide the total loan amount between the contracts (annoying yes but it's to ensure that neither of us get robbed)).

So you've approached me and we've hammered out the details: You pawn both of your ships and I lend you 80% of their total value, being 120million. You now have 260million, more than enough to buy your ship, fit it out and still have enough cash on hand to buy ammo or what have you. Because you're running incursions you can easily afford the repayments and after 2 weeks you've repaid the loan and the interest and you now get your ships back! simple!



Interest and Repayments:

10,000,001 to 50,000,000isk
20% Interest
Minimum 1 week
Maximum 2 weeks

50,000,001, to 150,000,000isk
15% Interest
Minimum 2 weeks
Maximum 4 weeks

150,000,001,to 300,000,000isk
10% Interest
Minimum 2 weeks
Maximum 4 weeks



Conditions of Loan

The following conditions are standard for all loans, if you require/desire to make changes to the following terms additional fees or higher interest may apply.

Loans are to be made via contract only, NO TRADE WINDOWS. Loan grant contracts will be made by myself at my expense in the form of an Item Exchange.
Loans are interest only for the entire duration of the loan with the principle and final interest charge to be repaid in full on the due date when goods are returned.
principle repayment contract is to be generated by the with a 1 week acceptance window. The 1 week window is to ensure that I have plenty of time to accept it in the event of RL getting in the way of my time online.
If you miss 1 interest payment you will be required to pay by the next interest payment date, if you miss the second interest payment your items will be sold and the loan void.
A loan can be paid in full at any time but there are minimum interest repayments depending on the loan amount, and these must be paid in full before you receive your goods back.
Please note that if pawing a ship I do not include rigs in the total value of the ship, only modules.

This is in no way a scam, I would rather 100 people paying me an average of 3million in interest each week than thieving a one off score of a hundred mil worth of What have You scattered 3 sheets to the wind. I have gone out of my way to make this as transparent as possible.

Yeah, But with a 2 year old and a 3 month old it's impossible to make isk any other way for me at the moment, boring is right though!
