BUYING PVP PILOT 19bill budget

ok ladies and gents this is what im after

i want a gallentte/minmatar or gallentte/caldari

must have 50 mill+ sp

must have t2 armor/shield
must have t2guns/sentrys and drone support skills/ gun support skills

must have gallentte battleship 5 the other 4

im looking for a close to carrier as in within a month

or carrier ready now if its carrier ready it must be a nidhogger/thanny i will not take a caldarri carrier

if its carrier ready now i will pay more then a none carrier ready toon

looking for a good focus of combat ships as in hacs/logis/command/t3s

but i cannot stress this enough MUST HAVE GOOD CORES MUST HAVE T2 HYRBIDS/support skills for them

MUST HAVE T2 sentrys with good support skills

once again 19 bill budget but if the pilot doesnt have what i want i will not pay premium

for the sp you have on that toon it is nowhere near what i would like but its a good builder platform for someone else thanks for the post tho
