As I tried to transfer, I forgot to turn off skill queue and it wouldnt allow me to complete the transfer, but it also wouldn't let me log onto the account to cancel the skill queue. :ccp:

Petition filed, if transfer doesn't complete I'll turn off skill queue and transfer again

I have no message that a transfer has started, so it must've been bugged out completly.

CCP fix plz. :(
