Player on Player Standings

  1. When a player sets standings towards another player or player controlled entity, there should be a "Reason Why?" field
  2. When people affected by this standing see it in the standings tab of an info window, they should be able to see the reason
  3. The field can always be left blank by the person setting the standings if they so wish
  4. Bonus Feature: player setting the standing can use corporation and alliance roles to restrict who can see the reason

A nice little* quality of life change.

* I'm assuming the amount of work required to implement this would be 'little'.

I think that this could create humorous situations. +1

Edit: I tried to take the high road and ignore any player on player puns.
