Maybe I'm doing things wrong .... but given that I'm able to make around ~100M isk/hr in High Sec L4's and only around 120M isk/hr in 0.0 (running FHs) something doesn't add up given the risks.

Personally, I think CCP has hit 0.0 PVE income with the nerf bat a little too hard.

CCP - Please re-look at 0.0 and the risk vs reward and skill/isk investment vs return for 0.0 activities. Please consider the progression within 0.0 and compared to HS.

I think it should be nerfed to max 30 mil/hr in Highsec and max 60 mil/hr in nullsec.

I can pull 400m an hour in WH's.

If you have an idea you should put it in F&I. If you would like something formally introduced or voiced to CCP you can also try the CSM forums.

Otherwise this thread lacks any real content and will amount to nothing but trolling. Just like the last one that was locked for the same reason.

At least throw out a potential solution so the ideas can be argued.

Well, you're suggestion is pretty good:

Add LP as part of the reward structure to increase income from Null Anoms and dilute the market of LP goods in high sec. Use the additional ISK pouring into the LP store sink to increase bounties in Null to compensate and prevent ISK scarcity and/or deflation.

When just viewing Anoms (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Cosmic_Anomaly#Difficulty) , the peak isk/hr is generally at the Forsake Hubs for most folks. Havens and Sanctums lack enough sufficient rewards to compensate for their extra time to run thereby nerfing their comparative isk/hr.

A couple of things you could do for Havens & Sanctums - increase the number of BSs and decrease the number of frigate per spawn, increase the probability of the faction/officer spawns, increased ESS LP. Of course, these numbers will need to be tweeked to ensure the appropriate gradient.

Ideally, the number of BSs in a Sactum wave (all waves or just a few) is such that you're probably not able to run them with less than 3 people.

OP compares null sec anoms with high sec L4 missions. I hate shooting rats and avoid it like the plague, but even I can see there's something fundamentally wrong in this comparison.
Really? What's that?

There needs to be a massive reduction in available ISK from all PASSIVE sources.

ANY activity in null is already around 100%-500% order of magnitude in respect of their equivalent in low-sec (go figure in repsect to HS). And not considering now the specific null-sec only faucets and the demographic allowing an indecent resources/population ratio.

I can jump from low to null in cov ops and gather 200m/hours simply with relic/data sites.

What is relevant in these thread is to see how HS carebears and null bears ask exactly the same stuff: more free isk faucets (as the goal and base measuring unit of the game was collecting ISK) and perfect safety ("please remove intercpetors and cloacking") to farm.

This is the result of null-sec carebearization caused by Dominion expansion.

Dear OP, one of these interminable threads has recently been locked, use the search function and you can read the 100+ pages.

They're locked without resolution. There is no agreement and no discussion. It's just a bunch of back and forth incendiary crap. It would be folly to think this will result in anything different but here's to hoping.

5. Trolling is prohibited.

Trolling is a defined as a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting other players in an attempt to incite retaliation or an emotional response. Posts of this nature are disruptive, often abusive and do not contribute to the sense of community that CCP promote.

22. Post constructively.

Negative feedback can be very useful to further improve EVE Online provided that it is presented in a civil and factual manner. All users are encouraged to honestly express their feelings regarding EVE Online and how it can be improved. Posts that are non-constructive, insulting or in breach of the rules will be deleted regardless of how valid the ideas behind them may be. Users are also reminded that posting with a lack of content also constitutes non-constructive posting.

Thread locked.

Kicking up the hisec/nullsec income comparison by pitting L4 missions against your favorite sort of nullsec income is the oldest and most played form of trolling General Discussion, and it has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of ability to provoke constructive discussion. If you have a specific idea of how to counteract a perceived problem, please post it in the Features & Ideas Discussion forum.

Ok, so like I said - maybe I'm doing something wrong and need to look into relic/data sites to fund my pvp.

But lets tone down the rhetoric, mmkay? I'm not asking for free isk faucets - I'm asking for isk faucets that are commensurate with the obligations, investments, and risks associated with 0.0 when compared to similar activities in highsec. Also, I'm asking for a graduated scale for anoms for difficulty, isk/hr payout, and isk/skill investment.
