Ctrl + cursor and 2nd monitor use bug

Lately (past month or two), when I move my mouse to my 2nd monitor where Eve is not running, to navigate web sites, or whatever else, when I mouse back to the Eve monitor, the game acts as though I'm holding down the CTRL button. If I click on a celestial, it will warp me to it, etc. I have to hit Ctrl to actually turn off the "auto-Ctrl" bug.

It will also lock my overview (shows the padlock on the column header) until I hit CTRL to clear it.
