Launcher hangs

Ticket submitted but curious if anyone has a faster workaround.

Launcher validates then hangs up on creating
EVE_ONLINE_653401-719324_WIN_PATCH.EXE 0.0%

Then gives me a pop up window with an error log and gives me the option of 'OK' or starting EVE. If I start EVE I get a small patch to download (23.18Mb) which goes through but it is there every time. Thoughts?

EDIT:
I've deleted the launcher file and tried just running the .exe file. Game starts but then immediately tells me that I need to update. Downloads the same dam 23.18Mb and the restarts the launcher. What the HELL!? How do I run this game without a god damn launcher????

iev made it to 3/4 on the applying 719324 patch now its hanging at 100% and im not reinstalling not unless ccp wants to pay my internet bill. wasted 60 gb now just reinstalling. NOTE TO EVERYONE ITS NOT UR COMPUTER, ITS CCP LAUNCHER. WHEN THEY LEARN TO DO THERE JOB WE WILL BEABLE TO PLAY.
