I wonder when CCP's will fix the updater

Wondering if the ccp will start to help there customers or if we're just a big joke to them. i would like to be reimburesed plex for this issue and will not be satisfied till i do. its not fair that there are paying members and no help. from what i understand we pay u so help us already.

After the original issues with 1.1 breaking the patcher, and losing a few days of training, I've learned to put a 2 week plus skill in so I don't miss out anymore. I'm sure all the "new" players are just loving this game breaking issue.
