Generated a little list a few hours ago. Calculated the profit with jita prices, 500 ME and PE 5.
The item list i used is rather old and I didn't check all the items on the list, but it should give you a general hint.

Take it or leave it. (Profit > 0)

It updates mat and product prices and allows me to set a default me/pe to see profits. I don't believe your sarcasm is warranted.

Actually its like someone playing with a wheel when someone else comes along and tells him about cars, which are clearly better because they have 4 wheels, airco, doors and an engine when all the guy wanted to do was play with the wheel.

Its a really good program, it just takes some getting used to to use properly, especially for capital/t2 manufacturing, and especially for understanding the isk/hour calculation. There are a lot of factors that can't be properly modeled so you will need to know the subject material to get good results from that feature. I use it to validate my own spreadsheets, for shopping/build lists, and to explore the profitability of stuff without doing all the work of including it in my spreadsheet.

We all have our own excel sheets. But it is good to have the third party tools too.
