Where to find non Police Concord NPCs

I am aware that as well as the indefeatable Concord Police NPC's, concord also operate SWAT, Army, and Special Ops ships that look between easy to kill, and very hard, but still possible to kill with a few fleetmates;

I've only seen the Army ships in a non-combat mission,

Where do the rest appear? I'm guessing that one is the Concord 'Navy,' in Yulai, and the other two are mission variants;

I just asked as the SWATs look borderline for be game mechanic ships, rather than NPCs.

Probably in missions, don't know which ones though.

I think that doing missions in nullsec for the pirate factions will put you against defeatable CONCORD rats.

That's about it though.
