Although the OP is whining/is a bit mad, he does make some good points in his later posts. CCP can't and won't accept player provided information like chat logs and screenshots, but the sad part is after they say they can't accept that, they don't care to check the logs.

When a player takes a screenshot or a recording of an issue, CCP has the logs on the back end to back this up or disprove it. Most of the time they don't even care to check to see if you are lying or not. It's amazing how many ship deaths are due to the game's faults not players (Yes in comparison to all ships lost this is very very small), but the big issue here is CCP support staff just seem to be a bunch of fat lazy neckbeards sitting in their basement chairs eating Cheetos lol

My corp. just lost three HACs several months ago to a highsec wormhole bug.

CCP just suggested the usual "clear your cache" solution and suggested it was my problem.

Then the bug went away with the next patch, no reimbursement.

Eve is a harsh game. I think to get reimbursed you have to be a big-wheel in Nullsec otherwise you're just one of the people who does not matter.

Also, being a "single-shard" game, demand outstrips supply, so to speak, so I don't see a motive for CCP to worry about the contentment level of the little guys.

Anyway your assessment is spot-on.

EDIT: Also keep in mind that most responses to posts like yours will be pounced on by condescending neck-beards.

Let me tell you a story.

I'd been playing for about a year, and had been convinced to move everything I own up to null sec by my alliance. I happily obliged and contracted them all my stuff. It got moved, I trusted them, and thankfully wasn't being scammed. Unfortunately our peaceful time was short lived and White Noise moved in and hell camped our stations for weeks. The alliance I was in died in a fire and everything was falling apart. This was just before PL ploughed through (what was then called) Northern Coalition space and killed everything with a gigantic pre-nerf Titan fleet..

So, I left that space. I managed to put everything I owned in the whole Eve universe into a Crane and got out of system. I did everything right, with a friend scouting for me checking gates. In the last null sec system before I get everything into low sec, my friend scouting tells me there is a small frigate gate camp, but not to worry because there is no bubble and no HIC. So great, I jump through confident that I will be able to cloak before they lock me. But when I get to the other side of the gate, I am sitting 500m from a Dramiel. Game over. I click warp, but I can not cloak. I get locked. I lose everything.

Do you know how I felt? It felt bad. Do you know what I did? I shrugged it off and got over it. Went back to highsec in my pod and started again from a n00b ship. Borrowing a little money here and there from friends.

So, the moral of my story is that you say that you've been playing for 10 years, and imply that perhaps your a vet. But this bitching doesn't seem 'vet' like to me. Until you've got to a point where you could lose everything and carry on fine without bitching and whining, your still just a n00b. Man the **** up.

Reading in between the lines:
I was fapping while missioning and couldn't unclench fast enough to save my ship from what had to be a bug, since I have played 10 years and am an awesome vet that is awesome. I petitioned and got my corpmates that were on coms to petition as well since they heard it all.

CCP did nothing and that means they hate their players.

I feel for you, OP, but you went about your response in all the wrong ways. By posting emotionally on the general forums you appear vindictive. You haven't provided any backstory to the fault at hand and claim you provided "evidence" to CCP - which could be just about anything. You then claim to have 10 years of experience which leads everyone to believe that these sorts of mishaps should be common to you and they're wondering what could have caused such a controversy over this one.

At the end of the day, EVE's infamy is built on stupid losses like yours. Like life, you pick up and move forward - a little more bitter, a little more cynical. But you move forward.

I just thought I'd offer some fair and honest criticism to contrast with the usual tear-drinker response.

Yes this is called red cross syndrome, you shoot enough "bots" and you start to think everyone is one, so you can hide the shame and the misery you live in.

Oddly enough, we the players, have most likely caused a lot of the issues that we are now dealing with from CCP. They created a open world sand box, we made it cruel and cold. It could just be human nature, but I guess we have to live with that.

Dear CCP forum Gods - what a bunch of ass covering jerks you are. What? You can not stand some real/factual criticism of your so called policies?

This will be then end - when my three accounts expire I will NOT be back. After 10+ years of supporting you and playing this game you do this. The game is still good - however you are a bunch of jerk-offs, and because of that I will not be back.

Regretting that I will not be here to help all of the new players (Friends) that I have helped through the years with isk,ships and advice. All of the supportive chat that has kept players going when they were having a hard time. I guess it is all lost for the enforcement of a policy. My apologies to those I have helped, who continue to seek me out for suggestions and to the new players I may have yet helped. CCP has decided that my experience and assistance is of no value.
