[WTB] Amarr Dread pilot

Looking for a dread pilot

Musts:
Must be able to siege (T1 is fine). Strong preference for all core dread skills (spaceship command, cap turret) to be at least IV.
Core gunnery skills to V
Cap Armor Rep IV
Armor tanking to Improved or Elite level
Capacitor skills to Improved or Elite level

Likes:
Salvaging, Hacking, Archaeology V
To be a capable subcap PvPer

Will consider other races, but strong preference for Amarr.
