Nestor - Logi capable in NEO?

Hi,

Can someone please clarify if the Nestor is allowed to use Remote reps in the NEO? What is the point cost, 20?

Is it a

t2 logistics ship?
t1 logistics cruiser?
t1 logistics frigate?


those can run the remote reps

The Nestor costs 20 points (All three SoE ships are considered pirate faction ships) and cannot use remote reps in the New Eden Open.
