Launcher slow/patch download very very slow...

Ever since the Rubicon 1.1 I've had horrible issues with the launcher and patching in general.

I'll login and itll take upwards of 20 minutes to validate the client, then itll start downloading the patch, sit there for about 15 minutes, and then download it near instantly...or sit there for longer and just never work.

I've reinstalled everything, short of my OS, cleared every cache I can find, nothing help. Anyone have any idea on this or experiencing it as well?
