They have been advertising on Arnon Local Chat lately and have an OK looking website.

They claim to be able to do this as they have large stock and don't have to bother with one-cent-undercutting bots in Jita.

Has anyone seen their ads? ... sorry lost the URL ... will ad here if I find it again ... and if so has anyone had any experience with them good or bad ? ...

... and its is against the TOS or EULA to arrange sales of goods and/or PLEX for isk (NOT RWM) to be consumated in game?

thanks,

me

If they're trading in-game items for isk, its a-ok. Its no different than arranging a sale on a private forum or via phone call or on the sell orders forum here.

"**CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"**

Never forget.

Nope, not against the rules to arrange for a valid isk to plex transfer in game in any fashion, whether it be on the phone, irc, a website, etc.

It's fishy though, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was something illegitimate happening on the seller's end, but regardless accepting a contract with isk for a plex will never be against the eula unless real money is involved.

I'd be super skeptical about doing business with anyone for items that can be traded on the open market - without using the open market.

I'd advise against it.

The only advantage I can think of to using a website to sell in-game items when the market is perfectly capable of doing the exact same thing is to avoid market bots and competition.

Also to upload a virus, malware, or other nasty business to your computer.

Well, to buy anything on a 3rd party site you first have to send some isk to your account on that site... Roll

Well thanks for your input ... I was hoping that someone had seen the ad and caught the URL ... I will post it here if I can find it again ...

I was hoping to get it all out in the open and under a spotlight and I still am ...

Yes. With the market, contracts, trade channels and bulk trading mailing lists already available in the game, it's ... not the best risk.
