That adrenaline rush you had when you survived your first brush with death and managed to escape is what brought you back...
Enjoy it, learn from others, plenty of good advice in other posts on who can help you learn PvP.
You are lucky It took a wardec after years of missioning and mining for me to first feel that rush and I never looked back. I owe a lot to the first guy who killed me in genuine PvP Big smile

That's the spirit. You do have all your losses recorded on your character though. Also, as long as you're on a gate to hsec or a station, you're virtually invincible.
