I am pretty much looking for the same thing. I would like to do nullsec but dont have the time for major fleet ops often. I have 41 million sp mainly in Caldari.

Hey guys,
We are deployed in null sec and have just formed a new alliance to start out fresh. We are looking for active pilots to have fun with and make tons of isks in null. We do have PVP but it's really passive. We also fly with others in the area in much larger fleets as well. We are in the process of moving to another system due to some sov changes and it is secured and set up. We would like to have you guys join up.

Check out The Dominion of Light. PVP corp with indy wing. Laid back group, lots of stuff to do. BPO library including BC, BS, and capital if you want to build stuff. Couple rorquals throwing max bonuses if you want to mine stuff. No shortage of fleets if you want to shoot stuff.

take alook at our post we have a industrial side thats fairly well organised we have a decent system in 0.0 upgraded to indy level 3 however we would expect you to pvp when required
