What are some ways EVE has permeated into your everyday life? Anyone has examples?

For a start, I think aliens are our long lost Jovian friends trying to re-establish contact with Earth

And, bionic eyes are the first step to our beloved 70 dollar monocles :)

Eve has permeated my everyday life by me actually playing it.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I know some people are alleged to have named children after EVE content, "EvE" and "Aura" seem to come mind... I think CCP might have acknowledged their "devotion" in some way.

Me, during business meetings, I will sometimes refer to my employees as "The Minmatar" ... and smile quietly to myself. Twisted

FCing and running a corp has proven valuable experience to how to deal with, handle, and organize people (AKA herd cats) in real life.

Jealous of OP for having aliens and Jovians in real life. I just make websites. Big smile Which grants me unlimited access to Eve Gate, it's just one more mailbox to monitor when time permits. I also have some feeds from various Eve sites loaded into my regular email client.

Funny. I was just thinking perhaps he spent too much time in the sun. Let's all chip in and get him a Tilly so the brain damage doesn't accelerate.

I had this "Honk if you love Jita" bumpersticker on my car. Of course, nobody honked, but this cop pulled me over and ticketed me for being Caldari in a Minmatar zone. I contested the ticket in court and won. Apparently the cop was ganked in the parking lot and never made it in. The city council is now considering anti-cop podding statues.

Maybe things have gotten a bit out of hand.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

I find myself scamming and ganking people in RL, because it's what I do in game. Carebears keep telling me that if I'm bad in game, it's because I'm a bad person in RL so I just figured I'd embrace it. Boy were they right! I've killed 3 cyclists and stole an old ladies purse so far this morning and I feel fantastic! After lunch I'm gonna go fight crime in the hood to improve my security status so that I can work on my ponzi scheme this evening without police interference.
