Advice on amarr fw missions level 4?

It seem the amarr fw missions have a high hit rate, any way i can lessen the damage, should i try to kite out at maxim range to avoid getting hit or what, Ive ran caldira missions before and they were eazy and i am at a loss for this

my fit is hound 3 torps t2 after burner small c5 shield boster tp 2 bc t2 nanofiber and rocket fuel rig and hydraulic bay rig

btw asking the amarr militia is like try to talk to a bunch of 10 year olds on ps3, and according to them I am fat and other expletives

Well, I don't know too much about FW and I'm sure someone else will soon post an answer to your question.
