Looking for a character who has good starter stats.

Must have:

Good Armor/Shield tanking skills.

Electronics/Engineering skills.

Gunnery and/or Missile support skills.

T2 weapon skills.

Decent spaceship command skills.

Not looking for more than 50-60m sp.

I'll post mine here just to contribute. Has decent gunnery and launcher skills, along with rigging and fitting. Only 14.5m SP. Unfortunately his shield skills are meh, along with anything outside of Amarr.
