I appreciate your explanation for me about transferring character. In your mail you noticed me that you still able to change your decision while I was unable to perform the transfer. So, I regarded your notice as a retraction.

You accepted my offer but then went suddenly offline saying you'll finish the process when you're back online in 8 hours time. That's a very convenient excuse to renege on your acceptance. The least you could have done was tell me you had no intention of accepting my offer rather than waste my time.
