[CLOSED] Missile Focused Pilot (budget 8b)

FOUND A CHARACTER, THANKS FOR THE INTEREST

Hello friends, I want to buy a missile pilot hopefully a focused one, interested in 5m+ skillpoints in missiles. What I would like is to be fit in one of two cases:

AttentionCase 1
- Can sit in a bomber with hopefully high covops skill (multiple race would be super, hound and purifier being primary)
- T2 Torpedoes with pretty nice support.

AttentionCase 2
- Tengu pilot with decent overall skills (shield, missiles, subs etc..) and focused board.

-Either way missile support skills should be good.
-A bit of navigation and support skills (like targeting, shield tanking etc..) would be a plus but I don't want toons that have skills all over the place.
-Having some parts from both of the cases would be a super bonus but I have limited my budget as 8bil and I'm not willing to go more.
