the meta 4 gyros are pretty cheap if you have a bit of CPU to spare

Never use meta0 modules, they sometimes cost more than named ones (for example, take a look at the price of your sebos and gyros), while always being worse in stats.

You should also use a Thrasher setup for auto-piloting noob ships. Go for something like this:
