Greetings pilots!

At the begining Id like to sorry for my bad english, I try my best to not burn your eyes with my question.

Today I read that CCP planing to build monument to gratitude players of EVE Online in capital city of Iceland. Is it true? Because I get this info from third hand by some MMORPG portal. And there was also that main character name per each active account will be written at that monument. Is it true CCP? And if yes, it will be maybe some posibility to chooce what character from account will be commemorated not only the main from default?
