Oneiros/Basilisk for Incursions

So I've got an alt logi pilot that's only a few days away from piloting a Basilisk, can already fly a t2 fitted Oneiros with near perfect logi skills and I'm wondering about incursion fits. Between site downtime in my wh I want something else to print isk, seeing how I have a near-idle logi pilot I figure she'd be the best to toss down the rabbit hole.

However, I'm not certain what fits are 'viable' for incursions seeing how I've never really looked into them. Mainly wondering what fits and why. Help is much appreciated!

to make it short and simple.

I guess Scimitar is more preferred for Shield-Incursion Fleets as it can fit Tracking links and is not dependent on a cap-chain-partner.

Basi,s have their place too, basi with cap transfers and remote shield boosters are great, yes you need a cap chain but in some sites you having the cap stuff is fantastic,

AB can be changed for a 4. tracking link for static gangs. Tank and cap is a lot better than on all the fittings that use RCU or PDU to cram in the 4. large T2 RR, with only like 5% less RR.

In this setup it can be refitted to 0/6 to, if you want to spend less ISK on the Invu, you probably want to replace a tracking link with a LSE(also the PDU with a RCU).

Edit: The nexsoft fittings are vastly outdated and over tanked for the needs of most current channels. Also for HQ you will absolutely need Basis for cap to keep the fleet running, for VGs and Assaults Scimis are the better choice.

you cant really compare a oni and a basi, as their armor and shield

the 2 armor are oni and guard and theres about 1 armor fleet being TDF thats always looking for Logi
the 2 shield are basi and scimi and theres a number of shield fleets

oni and scimi can be independent logi that doesnt need a capchain so they are great for static/slow boat fleets because people love the tracking links. the guard and basi with their cap chains are welcome in the faster pace MWD fleets and the sites larger than VG because of the need for MWDs to go through the sites.

if you wish to run VGs are a really fast rate train oni/scimi, if you want to do everything else basi/guard are great

While The Djego's fits would certainly be preferred (or even required) in certain communities if you don't want to drop a billion ISK on an alt this is a starter Oneiros fit:
