Anyway, explain why "the might of the state" lost there homeworld to Gallente.

Erm....

...I think the roleplay forum is 7Os that way

He may be referring to when Gallente took all the FW systems in early 2013 as, indeed, any Caldari living in FW low sec lost their "homeworld" to the Gallente.

When was FW not about drunk pvp and killmails?

I think you have more fun with FW once you reach that zen moment that to win is to know you can never win so just shoot more spaceships while you can.

TEST's had a reduced presence in Innia and the northwest Black Rise neighborhood for weeks now.

And this isn't the first time GalMil has predicted the fall of Innia. Granted, one time they actually succeeded in capping it, to enormous fanfare in the EVE media, but it flipped back to Caldari control in ... what? Two days? Three?

Actually it was more then once, but then again that was before Innia became central (only?) lowsec staging system for calmil.

As long as 90% of the squids live in Innia I doubt we'll take it if they actively defend it. The only reason to push it is to force them into defending it so we can all thrive on the constant pew, which I would say has been pretty effective since the system hit around 45%.

Even if we took it no one wants to live there so they would just farm it back in 3 days (again). Though the fights on the iHub might be fun.

I think that anyone who's been in FW for more than a month comes to the realization that owning systems is pretty pointless, aside from being a means to shoot each other. I know on our side we don't push Eha with the hopes that we'll take it because we don't want to take it, we just want to shoot you for the elusive gudfight. If you guys leave, then our purpose to stay in Innia leaves with you. This is the best explanation of FW I've ever heard:
