New Invention: Mobile Tractor Unit that interfaces 2 Marauder bonus

Yes, it's true. In our clandestine laboratory in Jovian space, we have successfully tested a newly programmed Mobile Tractor Unit that is able to utilize the 100% tractor beam velocity bonus built into all Marauder battleships. Due to mobile tractor unit transmission limitations, only a 15% range improvement could be achieved instead of the desired 100%, but our team feels this is still a significant improvement, and we are looking forward to implementing this new feature for all capsuleers asap.

We await final approval from the governments of all empire factions and emissaries of the Jovian Empire.
This has been a classified op until now, but we're fairly certain once they hear about it they will be as anxious as we are to license the technology.
