Either that, or we never learn Blink

Soo, I back again! I see it's gotten quieter since I was last here - how's socialism working out for ya, CCP? Lol

ABOUT ME

I'm a Jita trader. In my spare time I read my Ayn Rand books - it ain't illegal yet.

BOND

I would like to borrow 20 bil to get back into Jita trading. I'm hoping for an interest rate of 4% [now 5%] a month, with monthly rollovers. No collateral as I'm a day trader - no scammers or commies as investors pleese.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND LEARNING CURVE

I've ran 6 bonds in the past. The last one was for 35 bil and closed early after just one month due to burnout. All money was repaid with 15% interest but I got criticised heavily and deserved it - I really should have stuck the whole thing out [3 months].. but you live and learn.

AUDITS

I've had multiple audits in the past [now out of date though]

The most expensive one was Vahrokh's full audit, so I'll link that to get my isk's worth

LINK TO ARCHIVES

Links to all audits and past bonds can be found in the archives here in the opening post of my last bond:

What size chunks are you breaking it up into? I'm pretty cash poor atm, too much time on the forums, too little in-game.

PS Good to see you again comrade, not much action here lately.

Likewise Mr North, I've always been a fan. I figure minimum chunks of 100's of millions will be manageable, I've used that size before and it's been ok to keep track of. But in principle, I'm open to any size of investment as it's good to get new players interested in MD.

lol - don't knock the rate, I learned the low-rate trick from you, Mr 2.5% !! Blink

Well.. the market is King and there is no collateral, so I suppose there is a little wriggle-room, depending on offers/demands received - I'll see how it's playing out by the time I log in tomorrow and play it from there Pirate

However, if you dont burnout making more than 5b every month (which would still leave no profit for yourself) or scam, or both, i offer free psychic octopus service for you.

Im sorry, but it looks like you have to PAY for my psychic octopus service.

Hopefully I'll avoid the last two categories by offering 500 mill at 5% or 1 bill at 6%.

I took the word 'hoping' at face value...

I've always wanted a psychic octopus... how much do you charge? And what's your prognosis on this bond?

You're the second one to suggest me interest rates ain't generous enuff - so I is raising it to 5% - I'll take your 500, and if you want to offer the full billion at 5% - why, that would be most gracious towards poor liberty...

I fear the morality of my psychic octopus suffered a bit since he came back from Standard & Poor's. They taught him very bad things and he instructed me to tell you that his prognosis is directly related to the amount of ISK you pay him.
Dont expect anything good below 5b isk!

I'll have to sit this one out, I am pretty much ISK dry at the moment, good luck on the bond though.

Then why on earth would you expect people to lend you money?

P.S. Politically charged crap like that usually isnt the best way to attract investors.

6.5 bil has now been reserved, leaving 13.5 bil remaining. This is filling slowly so I will officially launch the bond on Wednesday if that's ok with my investors. Then I will make end-of-month interest payments and updates.

The Pear - 1.5 bil

I can agree with you that MD has lost several prominent posters. But also I believe this is really a bad time to launch a bond with the patch coming up and everything.
If I didn't believe my ISK served me better in other places I would have sent you some of my ISK ;-)

Good luck LE!

Hi Liberty,

Put me down for 500 mill, please. I'll wire the ISKies over later this evening...

Cheers,

Thanks Tom Cool Investor list updates in main post to confirm two more entrants. This bond may not fill completely by Wednesday so I will leave it open to fill up over December, and start with whatever I've collected by November end [Wednesday].
