Dual Screen when Secondary monitor is to the left of the primary

I run EVE in Fixed Windowed mode at 1920x1080, it offers 3840x1080 but it always starts the the left of the image against the left edge of the primary monitor. My secondary monitor is to the left of my primary in this mode the second half of the eve window is off to the right in nothingness off the right side of the primary monitor.

I have tried moving EVE to the secondary monitor and turning up the resolution but it always pops back.

Is there any way to make it work in this setup?

Make the left screen the primary screen, so the second screen is on the right. You can do this through your operating system.

Or you could physically swap over the moniters on your desk.

Also run EVE in windowed-mode with multiple screens too (though my second is to the right). When i open EVE it always starts in the wrong resolution and some of the window is "spilling" over to my second monitor. But i just click the "full-size" button or drag the window up in the top of the monitor to autosize it.

When i open a second client, it opens on the same screen in the same size as the first (hence i just drag it over to the second monitor and resize it there).

I dunno if there is a solution or fix to this... it doesnt bother me enough to muster up the energy to search for a more permanent solution Blink

it seems to me that your asking how to run ONE eve client on both screens ?
if so, you just have to go into your monitor settings and choose to use them as a shared image.

Its not an exploit, if the game lets you do it...

Try this setting OP. http://imgur.com/1tdwVmD

If your problem is the client starting on the wrong monitor that should fix it.

Some of the people here are mistaking fixed window mode for windowed mode. It is two different things.

I know exactly what you're on about, because I had the same issue. I like to run a single client, full screen, across two monitors so I have more space to work with, more menus and intel open but without the clutter or hastle of moving stuff around all the time. It's easy to fix.

As long as you're using Windows 7, I can help you. I've never used any other Windows operating system, I'm a Linux guy.

You don't need to alter your graphics card settings in game, which won't work anyway if you haven't made the resolution adjustments to your OS. Just set it to 3840x1080, then you need to go to your desktop.

Right click desktop and select "screen resolution". Make sure, first of all, you have orientation set to "landscape" and multiple displays set to "extend these displays". Now the easiest way to do this is to select the left monitor, check the box at the bottom that says "make this my main display", and you're done. Alternatively, you can just drag one of the monitors in the box at the top to the other side of the other monitor. That works too. Make sure you hit apply.

You might also see if "DisplayFusion" software will fix your problem. It adds a lot of great multi-monitor capability to Windows.

This.

You'll find multiple adaptors, one for each screen you have.
