Are they battleship only?
Do i have to skill into using them?
How are people using them? To resupply drones during mission and to switch from mission fit to propulsion/mjd any other good uses for it?

I guess I'll bite,

Are they battleship only? No only limited by your cargo capacity.
Do i have to skill into using them? I think you only need anchoring lvl1 or something.
How are people using them? To resupply drones during mission and to switch from mission fit to propulsion/mjd any other good uses for it? Yes pretty much both other than attracting pvp targets who show up to shoot them not really any other uses for them that I have observed.
