PLEASE HELP! Game freezes during jumps after latest update

Hi,

I've posted about this before and can't seem to get a response from a DEV/CCP agent. The subject line say sit all. I can't do anything but stay in a space station if I don't want the game to freeze. The part that's really frustrating is this issue seems to be ignored. I've seen a few others post similar things with no responses either. I tried switching from direct x 11 to 9 and still have the same issue. The latest update seems to be much more of an impedance than an improvement to the game.

I pay real money to play so the longer this issue goes uncorrected the more money I'm wasting. Correspondence and a suggested fixes will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've also noticed that folks with my graphics card are especially prone to this issue:

Radeon HD 7800 series

other specs:

O/S: windows 7
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 2400 MHz
CPU: AMD FX-6100 Hexa-core

oh btw...

I can't even log in long enough to doc my ship without it freezing... so it's suspended in space.

Just to put things in perspective I don't have issues like this with any other of the many games I may play on my PC. These issues are all EVE specific and started with the release of the update on the 30th.

Same thing happens to me and i'm all out of ideas. For some reason when i jump, warp to gate or undock my graphic driver will stop responding and i get black screen on eve. This started on 30th as well....
