In case you haven't noticed, they don't want to PVP. They just blue everyone that threatens them.

And they talk about carebears, but are the true definition of them.

You also hear more crying from goon than anyone.

To their credit, they do things about that other than crying (which I guess they still don't do enough for an entity of such size).

Captain Tenille: Tell me young man, what do you want out of life?
Homer: [straining to reach the peas on the table] I want peas.
Captain Tenille: Oh, we all want peace, but it's always just out of reach. [Homer groans and sits back in his chair] So, what's the best way to get peace?
Homer: [reaching out and picking up peas on his knife] With a knife.
Captain Tenille: Exactly! Not with the olive branch but the bayonet! Ah, Simpson, you're like the son I never had.
Homer: And you're like the father I never visit.

With cfc in the north west and soon rusrus in the southeast. The giant blue donut has been accomplished so no majore fights will ever happen again because other entities are simple incapable.

Nope. We have no interest in taking every bit of space everywhere. We are just going to herd all the 'grr goons' morons into one area and use it as a game preserve. Kind of like what we used to do with IRC in Cobalt Edge.

Wouldn't taking all the space in a competitive game be winning? Is Othello broken when I flip all your pieces to my color? Will everyone think football is broken when the Seabroncos win? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!... wait.. I seem to have gone into a John Belushi rant here.

Look, goons have a lot more to do still.
They have to obliterate N3 from the map.
They then have to recruit more renters for that area, though they will likely end up renting back the systems to the people they take them from.

Then, once even the line members are fat and rich enough (Nyx's for everyone?), and more importantly bored enough, they begin their campaign ingame campaign again against high sec. They have pretty much won the out of game campaign, as we have seen with the high sec POCO gift, and seagull's "vision" of the game, so there is little to do there.

But the ingame griefing campaign against high sec has been in a relative lull for a while.
That will be geared up again, very soon, as their is no one left in null to attack.
