PLEX - no option to activate dual training

So I purchased a PLEX and when I right click on it, there is no longer option to activate dual character training.
The PLEX page of character information shows there is no dual training queue active.
What gives?

Yes, I see the option on the account management page, however, if wants me to purchase PLEX to activate it.
I already have PLEX in game, in my station hangar, and the right click context menu option for dual training is gone.
I've done it before by right clicking PLEX in game - have they removed that or something is glitching?

Having this exact same problem. Sure would like to hear word from CCP on the matter if it's not too much trouble to appease us lowly beings. :)

Edit: *Facepalm* CCP answered sooner than I expected. LOL! You can see CCP's response here. Just tried it in game and sure enough it does work like he says.
