Enhanced version of Dynamic Security Status of the systems

Although the idea of dynamic sand box universe has been mentioned before, but I like to re-introduce it in more detailed and complex way.
Dynamic security status of the system is based on the consequences of the actions happen in this system, so your actions and daily activity is affecting the security of the system.
Guidelines of this dynamic feature:

1- Nullsec are not affected by this dynamic feature.

2- Systems with sec status between 1.0-0.8 and 0.0-0.2 are not affected by this; this will put some limits of not abusing the feature.

3- All anchored POSs in low sec will be still working if the dynamic sec of system turned to be above 0.4 sec.

4- CONCORD influence will be dynamically changing by the change of system sec, so if system sec status decreased to be 0.4, any piracy actions will result no CONCORD police reaction and vice versa.

5- The dynamic security status of systems will be evaluated every 30 days. So the increase or the decrease of sec status won’t be rapidly changing from day to day so it can create certain stability of systems.

6- The current sec status of the systems is ground base values of theirs, so you can’t change them to better ones.
Ex. High seccers can’t turn originally 0.5 system to 0.6 but they can turn originally 0.4 system to 0.5.
Ex. Pirates can’t turn originally 0.4 system to 0.3 but they can turn originally 0.5 system to 0.4.

7- The tolerance of the system security status can’t exceed more than 0.1 positively or negatively, so it will be easy enough to change the system status next turn.

8- The basic resources of the system are subject to change based on the sec of the systems, such as ice, ore and PI.

9- Mission rewards (ISK & LP) are subject to change based on the sec status of the system.

Then how do you increase the system security status?

1- Doing missions that send you to kill npc pirates in low sec.

2- Clearing plexes.

3- Killing pirate with low sec standing in that system or has KR on him.

4- Clearing Incursion. (Not farming the sites but actually manage to kill the MOM).

And how do reduce the system security status?

All the criminal and suspect acts that can turn you yellow or red flashy.

The game evaluate the actions that have been made during the past 30 days and either decrease or increase its sec status based on crimes or righteous! acts that happened.

Pros of this feature:

1- Create more dynamic feel of the game and turn one of the stalest rules of the EVE universe to become dynamic one.

2- Creates more pvp action, more High sec ppl will be frequently visiting low sec if they really wanna turn these systems to high sec so they can mine low sec ores, PI or do missions.

3- Pirates will be having more actions and it will create the feel for them to their lawless territory intact by High sec ppl so they have to take actions and crimes against them.

4- Ability to create safe and dangerous routes for freighters. More piracy action in Niarja can turn the system security status to 0.4 and you can cut off the connection between 2 major regions.

Cons:

Capitals (DEATH TO ALL SUPERS!!!), the presence of capitals in low sec and suddenly they realize they are now in high sec system will create unwanted chaos but I have 2 proposed solutions to work around this. Either:

a- Game automatically offer the capital pilot a list of nearest adjacent low system to move his capital (something like when you log in and you are currently in overcrowded jita)…or..
b- Pop-up message from concord appears upon undocking with capital from station saying you are not welcomed flying capital ship here and you will be shot by concord within 1 hr, so you have to cyno out from there. (You will not be able to dock up again..no more station games!)

P.S English is not my first language, so I apologies in advance for any mistakes.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

(I'll start at the bottom) Your written English is better than mine and it's the only language I know!

I'm all for anything that lets you make more low sec space so you can go make people explode but the only thing this will do is drop the sec status of every system unless you need vastly more criminal acts than none criminal acts. A quick look at the map makes it looks like most of the ship kills for the last 24 hours happens in high sec. So if you add onto that stacks more can theft and so on the only systems that will stay unaffected are systems around mission hubs. With a bit of organised effort I can't imagine it'd be too hard to drop a 0.5 to a 0.4 which would just stop people running missions there and that leaves the only way to increase the sec status again to killing pirates. Which leads us to the next problem the people most likely to kill a pirate is another pirate, which should affect the net change except to add to the decreasing sec status. I would love dynamic sec status for systems though but it would probably have to be weighted so heavily towards gaining sec status that it would be broken.

This would be the end of high sec. So much crime already happens in high sec anyway and once a system drops to 0.4, it will never be recovered.
